Jose Mourinho says experience will help Frank Lampard succeed at Chelsea

Frank Lampard has”all the requirements” to be successful as Chelsea head coach, according to former Blues manager Jose Mourinho.
Lampard took over with Derby at the Sky Bet Championship after only one year as a head coach from Maurizio Sarri at July.
Mourinho handled Lampard at Stamford Bridge, allowing the midfielder.
“One thing is the player, another thing is the manager,” Mourinho said. “The participant, I do not think any Chelsea fan will disagree with me when I say is one of the top five most important players of Chelsea history, and probably some will state maybe not top five, possibly leading three.
“Another matter is his first managerial career, one year of experience at Derby where he showed great qualities and today he’s Chelsea in his palms.
“He plays for big things. He plays Champions Leaguehe played with a European Super Cuphe had already big games in his palms , and he has to grow up with the level of experiences, which I believe he can because he’s enormous experience.”
“I cannot separate from the simple fact that soccer has been in his life. He was born son of a participant, he grew up [nephew] of a football manager, he became a participant, he turned into a top player… I think he’s all of the requirements to succeed.”
Lampard has endured a testing beginning to Stamford Bridge upon his return, together with Chelsea winning just one of their four Premier League fittings, also dropping the UEFA Super Cup final to Liverpool.
